Rajesh Nagala is a seasoned Solution Architect with over 11 years of experience in software applications design, development, and deployment. He has a solid experience in software engineering using multiple languages and frameworks, and has worked on application architecture design along with solutions. Rajesh has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence, collaborate, and win support across a range of business and technical stakeholders. Currently, Rajesh is working as a Solution Architect at BSH Home Appliances Group where he interacts with clients, product managers, and developers in order to envision, model and provide initial models and designs that can be built. He provides technical guidance and coaching to the team in software engineering best practices, and participates in all aspects of the project life-cycle, from ideation to specification to release. Rajesh has also developed process and procedure strategy as well as project delivery strategy. Prior to BSH Home Appliances Group, Rajesh worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Deloitte and as an Information Technology Specialist - Mobile Applications at Bosch. During his tenure at Bosch, he identified technical competencies and achieved proficiency, collaborated with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and worked on bug fixing and improving application performance. Rajesh has also worked as a SCRUM Master and handled a team of developers to co-ordinate smooth delivery of the project. Rajesh has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science from Sri Prakash College of Engineering - JNTU(Kakinada), and has completed his intermediate education from Dr. Sarvepalli Junior College. He also holds a Security Best Practices for Web & Mobile Applications certification from MGM security partners GMBH. Rajesh has good knowledge in AWS cloud solutions, and has experience in configuring and working with CI-CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and Bamboo. Rajesh has hands-on experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks, and good knowledge in cross-platform and hybrid platforms like Cordova, Xamarin, React Native, and Flutter. He is also exploring new technologies like Machine Learning (Core ML, MLKit) and Augmented Reality. Rajesh has solid experience in IOT platforms like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP, ThingWorx, and has worked in low code platforms like OutSystems and Mendix.
