Rajesh Pal is a seasoned HR professional with over 21 years of experience in HR business partnering, change management, transformation, strategic HR, leadership development, and talent management. He has a hands-on experience in learning and development, competency mapping, talent hiring and retention, strategic business partnering, and HR operational roles. Currently, Rajesh serves as the Head of Human Resources at nbfc mfi. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the HR function and driving organizational growth through effective talent management and retention strategies. Prior to his current role, Rajesh has worked with CPF India and Flipkart in various HR leadership positions. At Flipkart, he was responsible for managing the full life cycle of HR for over 3,500 employees across eight units, including staff tech engineers, developers, programmers, and contract employees. He also built and led a team responsible for developing a business plan to expand the scope of HR services for new setups. Rajesh successfully implemented the people agenda for more than 3,500 employees and improved attrition rates and NPS scores by implementing various employee engagement initiatives. Rajesh has an MBA in HR from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and has completed the Global Advanced Management Program from ISB Kellogg. He also holds a degree in engineering from SGSITS.
