Rajesh Pandey is a self-motivated software engineer with over 10 years of experience working in diverse domains such as Fintech, E-commerce, and Travel Industry. He is skilled in real-world problem-solving using DSA, designing scalable distributed systems and web services, and has high commercial awareness. Rajesh has a successful track record of implementing and delivering high-performance, highly available, world-scale backend robust systems, some of which were built from scratch. Currently, Rajesh is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he is responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems. In his previous roles, he worked at Booking.com as a Software Developer, where he was responsible for improving and optimizing the customer experience while making payments and enriching the customer journey through event-based communications. He also worked at Paytm as a Tech Lead, where he handled merchant onboarding, user authentication systems, and order fulfillment. As a team leader, Rajesh has mentored and led teams of developers, liaising between product and business for product requirements, prioritization, and execution. He is a student for life and loves coding. Rajesh has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He completed his Higher Secondary education in Science from St. Lawrence High School and his Madhyamik education in General Studies from Shree Jain Vidyalaya. Rajesh is proficient in software engineering, backend development, web development, and testing.
