Rajesh Pandhare is a highly experienced Backend Developer with a strong background in Golang, C++, and database engineering. He has over 14 years of relevant experience, with expertise in database administration, SQL/PLSQL scripting, performance tuning, and data modeling. Rajesh has worked with various database systems, including IBM DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL. Currently, Rajesh is working as a Tech Lead at Kanaka Software, where he is responsible for writing, debugging, and maintaining code, as well as developing custom applications and software systems in NodeJS, Golang, and Vue.js in a web-based environment. He also handles various database activities, such as SQL coding, performance tuning, and database administration. Prior to his current role, Rajesh worked as a Lead Application Engineer and C++, MSSQL Developer at Honeywell. In these roles, he was responsible for device driver development, terminal automation, customer presentations, and programming in C#, MS SQL, IBM DB2, and Oracle. Rajesh holds a Master's degree in Software Systems (Data Analytics) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.
