Rajesh Singla is a passionate and enthusiastic leader in finance and technology, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Planify India. With over 14 years of relevant experience, he is a responsible, focused, and disciplined individual who believes in empowering his employees and interns to take actions and decisions. Singla takes pride in his persistence and loyalty, which he demonstrated during the hard times of Snapdeal. He also excels in team building and has set up teams in several organizations, including Snapdeal, Vdopia, and Amazon. Before founding Planify, Singla served as a Senior Engineering Manager and Automation and Performance Senior QA Manager at Snapdeal. During his tenure, he managed releases, developed automation frameworks, and worked on performance testing for distributed web services using SOA architecture. He also worked on Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Ant, Maven, and GIT, among other technologies. Singla holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Engg. & Tech., Moga, along with Senior Secondary and Matriculation degrees from H.M. Sr. Sec. School and D.C. Model Sr. Sec. School, respectively. Singla's technical expertise includes senior software engineering, testing, QA, Selenium, Spark, MapReduce, MongoDB, Hadoop, search, backend, Python, Java, and Apache Hive. As the CEO of Planify India, Singla is building the company from scratch to provide financial security to every Indian. With his strong leadership skills and technical expertise, he is determined to make a positive impact on the lives of many.
