Rajesh Tilwani is a co-founder of Humalect, a DevOps platform backed by StartupXseed Ventures. With almost 5 years of relevant experience, Rajesh has witnessed the reactive and iterative nature of DevOps engineering. He has observed that every company starts with a few EC2 servers and goes through an iterative journey of setting up infrastructure. Unfortunately, DevOps still remains a siloed function in most organizations, and the sole focus of the company becomes DevOps in events like downtimes and security incidents. Having personally struggled due to age-old practices that are still prevalent in the industry, Rajesh is now on a mission to transform DevOps as it looks today. He is passionate about changing the status quo and building a more efficient and effective DevOps process. Rajesh has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at UnitedHealth and as a DevOps Engineer II at Bizongo. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a B.E. (HONS) degree in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician from BITS Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus. He is also pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Sparklehood. Rajesh's tech stack includes DevOps, Senior Software Engineering, Infra, and Software Engineering.
