Rajeshwar Rathi is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer and Researcher with a passion for exploring new algorithms and architectures in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. He is currently working as a full-time Machine Learning Engineer at Bitwise and is also a part-time Data Science grad student at LJMU, UK. Rajeshwar has extensive experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines from Data Extraction to Model Deployment for various applications such as reducing IVR calls to agents from customers. He has also worked as a Data Engineer for prominent retail E-commerce and Market Research firms, developing ETL pipelines for different Data Metrics involving AWS S3, Redshift, and IAM roles and policies. He has built Apache Airflow pipelines in Python involving multiple DAGs for web scraping, data transformation, and data imports to S3 and Redshift with cross-IAM roles and policies to load the data in Redshift for the Sales team. Rajeshwar's past experience includes working as a Software Engineer Intern at Veritas and Vinventtech, where he developed projects such as the "Impact Analysis Engine for Microservices" and gained experience in Python, Microservices, and QA automation. Rajeshwar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore. He has a strong tech stack that includes ML, AWS, Python, ETL, Apache Airflow, SQL, Azure, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and more. With almost a year of relevant experience, Rajeshwar is a highly motivated individual who is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of Machine Learning and Data Science.
