Rajhans Sharma is an internationally experienced Talent Professional with a passion for enabling people and organizational effectiveness. Coming from a humble and first-generation student background, Rajhans's personal high standards and adaptations have led him to transform into an internationally adept HR professional. He has also completed various LinkedIn certifications and participated in informational interviews with mentors to better his HR knowledge. Apart from his professional experience, Rajhans has also utilized his time and resources for settling his family, including his toddler, into the new socio, cultural, and geographical environment in the Netherlands and for self-development.
