Rajiv Ahuja is a tech executive with over 22 years of experience in building and leading high-performance teams. He has a consistent track record of success in startup, growth, and turnaround environments, and is known for his ability to foster transparency, trust, and integrity within his teams. Currently, he serves as the Director of Engineering at Meta, where he provides both technical vision and hands-on leadership of day-to-day activities. Throughout his career, Rajiv has led 100+ cross-functional, multi-site, and offshore teams, and has been part of two highly successful SaaS organizations from the startup phase to public company. He has also built an Engineering organization from the ground up, hiring world-class external talent and integrating them successfully with the existing team. In his previous role as Head of Engineering - Enterprise Platform at Checkr, Inc., Rajiv led a team responsible for developing and scaling the company's enterprise platform. Prior to that, he served as VP of Engineering at CA Technologies, where he was responsible for the CA PPM product line, which had 1000+ enterprise customers, $160M in revenue, ~2M users, and a global team of 100+ people. During his tenure, he spearheaded the SaaS transformation through architectural changes, automation, and operational discipline, and dramatically modernized the product, improving developer productivity many folds by leveraging modern UI frameworks, reducing release cycles, API-based architecture, and product containerization. He is currently in the process of moving the product from Colo to the Public cloud. Rajiv holds a B. Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and has completed his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. His technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering and UI development. With his extensive experience and proven track record, Rajiv is a highly sought-after leader in the tech industry.
