Rajiv Dubey is an Executive in Aerospace & Rail at L&T Technology Services with a specialization in marketing and analytics. Rajiv drafts a new business development tracker and interacts with all delivery heads to know about the weekly details of their accounts. He creates a weekly report on new business developments and presents the same to the Global Head, which includes a thorough analysis of the Aero & Rail accounts, region-wise and account-wise revenue, open positions, and submission of proposals. Rajiv also contributes to the submission of RFPs for various accounts by collaborating with developers and project managers. Rajiv's past experience includes being a Management Trainee for Lighting at Hafele India, where he managed kitchen partners, architects, and interior designers in the lighting vertical for Vidharbha & Chhattisgarh market. He liaised with Customer Service, Sales Management, and Marketing Management to develop solutions and accomplish shared objectives. Rajiv also worked independently on a project at Duke University, where he created a predictive model using binary classification techniques to forecast defaults by applicants using credit cards. He used historical data to forecast who would default in the future by using the same set of variables on new applicants. Rajiv optimized his model to maximize AUC (area under curve) by combining various standard input variables. He determined the bank's average profit per applicant, helping the bank gain insights about customers whom they would likely target to maximize their revenue. Rajiv holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
