Rajiv Garg is a skilled Director of Product Management at Heyday, with over 14 years of experience in the tech industry. He enjoys building innovative products with a customer-centric approach and has expertise in user experience, data analysis, machine learning, AI, knowledge graph, NLU, and Ad Tech. Currently, he is working at Outreach, where he is building a real-time voice-based Knowledge AI Assistant called Outreach Kaia for sales conversations. Rajiv has previously worked at Amazon, where he served as a Product Lead for Social Shopping and a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Display Advertising. During his tenure, he was responsible for defining and building new ad products, engineering, GTM, pricing, and sales and services strategy. He has led several A/B tests, optimized budget allocation, targeting, frequency, and creative ad formats across desktop, mobile web, and in-app channels, leading to an increase in ads ROI. He also redesigned Amazon’s campaign management platform to launch mobile product offerings across CA and EU countries. Additionally, he defined the vision and launch strategy for a new re-marketing based advertising product that enabled advertisers to target custom ads based on customers’ stage in the shopping funnel. Rajiv holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles - The Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
