Rajiv Jha is an accomplished Engineering Leader with over 16 years of experience in software development, including 5+ years of people management experience. He has a proven track record of driving company-wide leadership and strategic initiatives, building and scaling product development teams from the ground up for large reputed software companies under several problem domains, including e-commerce/retail, fintech, platform product and services, and enterprise products. Rajiv's technology exposure includes Java backend with large scale distributed systems, system design and architecture, micro-services with event-driven architecture, Spark Big Data processing, various NoSQL data stores, AWS and on-premise data centers, caches, application UI with ReactJs, messaging brokers, and building containerized cloud-native environment platform frameworks/services for the cross-cutting concern of the organization. Rajiv's past experience includes working as a Software Development Manager at Tesco, where he led a team of 15 members and multiple scrum teams.
