He owns the CTO/CIO function for MSMEs and mid-size corporates, enabling businesses for product and service innovation, Capex and Opex reduction, scaling, operational effectiveness, and efficiency using converged ICT, AI & Machine Learning, and IIOT. Rajiv's core competence lies in strategy, budgeting, planning, selection, engineering, and service launch of technology platforms and services, managed services transition, KPO, IT services outsourcing, and off-shoring. He is a visiting faculty at management institutes and engineering colleges, mentoring early-stage companies for product-market fit and scaling of technology platforms. Currently, Rajiv is working as the Principal Consultant at dct strategy, where he helps SMB business owners and executives grow their business through digital transformation, making the best use of technology as an enabler to drive business success. In the past, he has worked as a Group Manager, Services at Computer Associates-TCG Software Ltd and as a Founder/Director at Mindset Consulting (P) Ltd. Rajiv has an impressive educational background, including a B.Tech (Hons) in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT and Higher Secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics from Scottish Church College. He is also a Senior Software Engineer, AI, ML, and Data Scientist, making him a well-rounded professional in the tech industry.
