He was also the Director, Head Talent Acquisition (India, APAC & Europe) at ACL Digital, an ALTEN Group Company, a digital product innovation, and engineering leader. Rajiv holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Organizational Behaviour from Mahatma Gandhi College.
