Rajiv has a demonstrated track record of success in winning deals based on business value drivers and identifying opportunities across client organizations through strong relationships across all levels. Rajiv has experience in consulting and interacting with customer senior management, business, technical leads, and project managers in the USA and Western Europe. He has championed effective stakeholder management and has strong problem-solving and analytical skills resulting in insightful recommendations leading to cost reductions, revenue optimization, and improved customer satisfaction. He has hands-on experience in preparing strategic roadmaps, business cases, C-level presentations, proposals, statement of work, resource planning, revenue projections, and effort estimation. Rajiv's specialties include Digital Strategy and Analytics, Digital Banking - Channel Integration, Cost Optimization, Customer Experience Management, and expertise in SQL Server 2005, 2008. He is proficient in data modeling tools such as System Architect (Popkin and Telelogic) and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University and KCG College of Technology. Prior to Spendflo, Rajiv worked as an Investor and Advisor at CultureMonkey and as a Director - Startup Program and Technology Alliances at Freshworks.
