Rajiv Unnikrishnan is an accomplished business leader with over 23 years of experience in building and driving strategic partnerships and alliances, SAAS, ISV, platform ecosystems, and business development. Currently, he is the Director of Technology Partnerships and Business Development at Oracle, where he began as the Head of Startups & SMBs and earned two promotions to his current role. Rajiv is a successful partnership program creator, having built a program from the ground up that created investment in Asia with 25+ technology partners. He recruited a team of cloud-based technology partners that expanded the company's service offering to enterprise clients. He is an independent producer and team leader, generating YOY sales achievement. As a subject matter expert (SME), he delivers high-impact sales presentations and webinars to key stakeholders, building a successful lead generation pipeline. As a collaborator with global partner teams, marketing, and services teams, Rajiv aligns strategies and product messaging. He is a hands-on partner with product development teams for product architecture and deployment scheduling. He develops succinct partner contracts enabling fast C-suite closure and oversees all product training, optimizing understanding of product value to new partners. He is a Cloud Evangelist for Oracle Startups and SMEs. Before joining Oracle, Rajiv worked as Global Product and Enablement - APAC at Equinix, where he led the product enablement of online applications from ideation through to product launch for 100+ data centers within 5 continents. He drove the development of web products and solutions from strategy through to product launch and generated 30% YoY revenue increases and 25% YoY platform adoption increases. Rajiv's past experience also includes working as a Senior Product Manager at Lazada - Rocket Internet, where he oversaw the successful development and launch of 2 products across 9 countries and managed a team of 75 employees within Germany, Portugal, and China. Rajiv holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from école des ponts paristech and a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from NMIMS. His technical skills include web development, product management, and software engineering.
