Rajive Pai is an entrepreneur and technology evangelist with over 14 years of hands-on experience in application development, organization development, traction strategies, enterprise software architecture, internet of things, and large-scale distributed systems and technologies. He is currently the co-founder of encyclofoodia private limited, where he is building India's first D2C social platform for foodies. Prior to this, Rajive was the founder and CEO of Parkshed India, where he was responsible for building a team of SDETs, implementing in-sprint automation, creating tools for devbox testing, and creating a continuous performance test for continuous delivery. He led the QA team through all phases of agile SDLC, created automated and continuous non-functional testing, and acted as a go-to person for all technical and platform-related issues. Rajive has also worked as a senior software engineer at Intuit, where he was responsible for driving the design, development, and management of the test infrastructure independently, driving the automation efforts within the team, proposing, designing, and developing test aiding tools, mentoring other team members, and supporting production deployments. He has hands-on experience in technologies such as Salt Stack, Selenium, Protractor, Node.js, Redis, Postgres, JMeter, analytics, VMWare, and Hadoop. Rajive holds a B.Tech in computer engineering from MA College of Engineering. His tech stack includes test, mobile, QA, software engineer, Redis, Node.js, Javascript, Postgres, infra, Selenium, CI/CD, and Hadoop. With his relevant experience of 14.11 years, Rajive is a valuable asset to any organization looking to build and scale enterprise software solutions.
