Rajkumar Dhinakar is an accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Data Science. He is currently serving as the SVP & Head - Research & Innovation at rebit | reserve bank information technology, where he has built a sizable team of AI and ML experts who are working on various AI-ML-DL based banking solutions. Rajkumar has also built a 200 core Kubernetes based Jupyter hub for data scientists to build and run demanding algorithms ranging from CNN, RNN LSTM, GRU, encoder/decoder. He has floated RFP for additional 300 core infrastructure with Tesla range of GPUs and is leading the effort in mitigating the collection, transformation, reporting, analytics, and insight extraction from various sources. Rajkumar is also part of the External Advisory Committee for Scrutiny of applications for registration of NBFC-Account Aggregator and NBFC- Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform. In his previous role at mpm infosoft pvt ltd as the Chief Technology Officer, Rajkumar developed a computer vision-based social distancing app to identify aggregation of people in the foundry floor to send alarms with the use of OpenCV & CNN. He also developed the sentiment extraction system from the kind of comments and notes made on top of the casting defects using Long Short Term Memory and Gated Recurrent Unit based Deep Neural Network Architecture. He revamped the predictions which were based on OLS and convex optimization, to time series based multi-output predictions involving Singular Value Decomposition, Principle Component Analysis, Dimensionality Reduction, Matrix Decomposition, and upgraded the algorithms to predict based on deep learning - tuned with Gaussian optimization -- and boosting algorithms for Sand fusions, Blow hole with the inherent capability to extend to all other defects. Predicting Sand Fusion as a defect measurement technique is used by leading automotive company in India and in adoption phase for other foundries. Rajkumar has also worked as an AI ML trainer at edureka, where he provided training and mentorship on Python, Data Science certification, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Deep Learning. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Anna University, a Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in Production Technology from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, and a Certificate in Engineering Excellence in Big Data Analytics and Optimization from INSOFE.
