Rajni Kain is an accomplished HR professional with over 7 years of experience in developing innovative talent strategies that address the diverse needs of businesses and employees. Currently, she serves as the EVP of Diversity & HRBP - Engineering at Airtel Digital, where she partners with senior leaders to drive HR strategy, organization development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, change management, and talent acquisition. She has also designed pre-joining experience programs and 90-day new hire onboarding plans, and led HR digital transformation via migration of HRMS from FreshTeam to Lever. Rajni's past experiences include serving as HR Advisor - Technology & Product at KonnectBox, where she set up the HR department, built tech and product teams, implemented OKRs and KPIs to measure alignment and performance, and conducted induction of new hires. Rajni holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
