Rajnikant Joshi is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the Set Top Box, Media, and Entertainment domain. He has a proven track record of out-of-box thinking and conceptualization to implementing new projects, leveraging all the cutting-edge technologies. He has extensive product development and program management experience with a rich background in software design and development, architecture, and integration activities for Satellite, Terrestrial, Cable, IPTV Set Top Boxes and Android STB Platforms. Currently, Rajnikant is working as the Director of Product Engineering and Delivery at mediatek. In his current role, he is responsible for overall project management, scoping, scheduling, formulating and implementing risk management and mitigation strategies, project execution, delivery, and release management. He is a strategic thinker with an ability to develop plans and drive them to completion. Rajnikant has a proven track record in creating new products, establishing high performing products and project execution, and working with engineering teams to drive the technical design and development of the products until launch. His core functional area includes strategic planning and execution and delivery of the products with innovative solutions. In the past, Rajnikant has worked with companies like nds services pay and thomson/celstream technologies. At nds services pay, he worked as a Technical Leader, while at thomson/celstream technologies, he worked as a Technical Lead. Rajnikant holds a B.E degree in E & E from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University.
