Raju Dubey is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in Automation, Functional/Non Functional (Security & Performance Testing), Database, Backend API, Mobile Testing & DevOps. He is skilled in using various tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, Junit, TestNG, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, and more, for mobile, web, and API testing with Java, Python. Raju started his career as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture Services of India, where he gained valuable experience in the healthcare domain. He then moved on to work at Ford Motor Company, where he got to work in an iterative model of two weeks and was involved in the early phase of requirement analysis with the business team. Later, he joined Valeo India Pvt. Ltd., where he widened his domain knowledge in the automotive industry and attended various training sessions to build his solid knowledge of the industry. Currently, Raju works as a Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo, where he is responsible for developing automation frameworks from scratch for UI and API testing. He has used Cucumber BDD framework, Java, Selenium, Maven, Git, IntelliJ, Postman, MySQL, and more to create and maintain code for DB connectivity, sending API request calls, verifying response against DB data. He has also developed automation frameworks for UI in POM model, with feature files, step definitions, and runner class. Raju is leading the team on the technical side and addressing the challenges. He is responsible for complete test management, prioritizing multiple tasks in an agile, fast-paced environment, and developing Test Scripts and reviewing/approving Test Scripts of all team members. Raju has a proven track record of developing need-based test automation frameworks and enjoys knowledge sharing, mentoring, and conducting training sessions on automation testing. He is experienced in breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile. Raju has a Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree from Sathyabama University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application from Ranchi University.
