He has designed the complete architecture, from the ground up, of the Eltropy product, a cloud-based SaaS omni-channel digital communication platform for BFSI. Rakesh's expertise lies in end-to-end product development, and he has a proven track record of delivering high-class products. He has domain expertise in Commodity Trading, Mobile Commerce, Sales & Marketing, BFSI, and Omni-channel digital communication domains. He is a hands-on technical architect and team leader with exceptional ability to deliver world-class products. In his current role at Eltropy, Rakesh is leading the R&D team responsible for product innovation and maintaining a state-of-the-art technology edge. He is developing technical/product aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. Rakesh is discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage and supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. He is also using stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology/product and communicating technology strategy/vision to partners, customers, and the executive team. Rakesh is hands-on in delivering product-critical components. Rakesh's past experience includes working as a Chief Software Architect and Technical Architect at Eltropy. He has also worked on state-of-the-art microservices, secured, scalable, and performance-oriented architecture for millions of financial users and thousands of concurrent users on cloud using the most advanced and modern technologies such as React, Golang, Node JS, Mongodb, Redis, etc. He is responsible for developing the core modules and managing 100+ servers in AWS. Rakesh holds a B.Tech degree from NIT Jalandhar and has attended Dayanand College Hissar. He has expertise in Senior Software Engineering, AI, AWS, NodeJS, infra, Mobile, Redis, MongoDB, Microservices, Integration, and Golang. Rakesh has 17.02 years of relevant experience.
