Rakesh Raushan is a highly experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience in leading and implementing Data Science projects using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Big Data. He has extensive experience in application development using Python and Java and is certified in AWS and Google Cloud. Rakesh has worked and led teams across the globe in some of the best companies to work for, including Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, and KPMG. Rakesh is an Agile evangelist and one of the early adopters of Agile processes, with formidable experience as a Certified Scrum Master since 2009. He has excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately in technical and business situations at all levels. Rakesh has published a paper in a journal with an impact factor of 3.7 to improve the performance of the Random Forest Classification Algorithm used for Machine Learning. He has also been a guest speaker at tech events conducted internally and externally and has won an AI Hackathon. Rakesh has built and led globally distributed teams and worked with top-level executives. He has experience in building teams from near zero and has knowledge of the complete SDLC life cycle with hands-on experience in different methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, ML, NLP, AWS, Random Forest, AI, Deep Learning, Big Data, Data Scientist, Python, and Java. Currently, Rakesh is an Engineering Manager at KPMG, where he continues to lead and implement Data Science projects using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Big Data.
