Rakshit Harbola is an accomplished talent management professional with over 14 years of experience in building engineering and growth teams for startups. He has a proven track record of helping clients solve talent scouting problems and has worked on major talent consulting projects in domains such as healthcare, analytics, data science, travel, and online marketplaces. His expertise lies in hiring for engineering, product, growth, and mid-management roles. Rakshit's journey began with a contract job where he sold high-speed internet on Reliance CDMA handsets in semi-urban Indian cities. He then went on to sell land plots and flats for a real estate company in hill stations and semi-urban developing markets. After completing his MBA, he established HR practices at two manufacturing units, making sure of people compliance and manpower planning. Finally, he discovered talent management as his passion and has been working in this field since 2010. Currently, Rakshit is working as an Alpha at Talentoj, where he is building a wonderful team in Haldwani to enable more opportunities for youth and growth of the economy in Uttarakhand. He is serving clients with a focus on startups and mid-size growing organizations in the product and eCommerce space, as preferred partners. In the past, Rakshit founded naukrinukkad.com, a tech-enabled network of retail counters, which aimed to make a hyperlocal employment marketplace operating with a hybrid model online and offline. He also worked at TravelTriangle as a core team member and associate director – talent management, where he built and led a super team of 10 members comprising of talent acquisition, HR operations, HRBP, and LnD. Rakshit's education includes an MBA from IMS, Dehradun, and a BBA from Amarapali Institute. He also completed his 12th from Beersheba, where he studied maths and bio.
