Rakshitha Shetty is an ambitious MBA student with a passion for strategy and consulting. She is currently a Core Member of the Strategy and Consulting Club at IIM Trichy, where she is pursuing her MBA degree, which will be completed in 2022. Rakshitha is a Product Management Trainee at primenumbers technologies, where she has worked on designing the Social SignUp for the SaaS website involved in the prediction of government bids and contracts. She has designed the Social Sign Up Flow in the application by understanding business requirements. With 4.11 years of relevant experience, Rakshitha has worked with Accenture in the past. As an Application Development Analyst, she was involved in the enhancement of a Web application for an Insurance Client by understanding business requirements. She also worked on the elimination of 3 security vulnerabilities in the application, thus preventing compromising on sensitive client data. As an Associate Software Engineer, Rakshitha developed Automation Scripts for real-time data comparison in mines and won the "Accenture Celebrated Excellence Award" for her work in developing Automation scripts. Rakshitha has a diverse educational background, with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RNS Institute of Technology, Bangalore, completed in 2017. She also completed her PUC from Deeksha Centre for Learning in 2013 and her schooling from Baldwin Girls' High School in 2011. She is currently pursuing her MBA from IIM Trichy, specializing in General Management. Rakshitha's tech stack includes Product Manager, Web, and Software Engineer. She is highly skilled in product management and has a proven track record of delivering results. Her experience in web development and software engineering has given her a deep understanding of technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business outcomes.
