Ram Dittakavi is an experienced IT professional with over 9 years of experience in the delivery, operations, and automation of various infrastructure, cloud, and data platform-related services. He has a good exposure to both private and public cloud infrastructure, automation, SRE, and SDLC using CI/CD and Agile methodologies. He is passionate about design and integration of systems and is willing to go to great depths technically to solve the given problem. Ram has proven success in boosting quality and timely project delivery and initiating methodologies resulting in reduced SLAs, improved productivity through process engineering and optimization. He has good exposure to IT Service Management by applying various Project/Program Management techniques. He is designing and building microservices on the OCI platform for Data and Observability Organization following cloud design patterns and event-driven programming concepts. He is also working on cloud-native data streaming applications development on OCI using Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, and Java. He is onboarding data lake platform on OKE (OCI's k8s service) and developing data pipelines for the ingestion of telemetry data of a subset of Oracle employee machines using opentelemetry and Golang. He is also developing data pipelines for the ingestion of Zoom telemetry data for the entire Oracle account using OCI native Serverless functions service (FAAS) & Python and OCI native Alarms data across the tenancies of Oracle IT using OCI native Serverless functions service (FAAS), Golang, Apache Flink & Java.
