Ram Dwivedi is an experienced Software Test Engineer with over 8 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. He has worked in various industries including Pictures Entertainment Television, Play-stations, Home Entertainment, Pharma Industry (Non-clinical and Clinical), ERP, and Defense Domain. Ram has expertise in automation testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Java, c#, Protractor, Typescript, and Angular 11,13. He also has experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, DevOps, CI-CD, AWS, Azure, IBM Hybrid Openshift, and Infra Services. Ram has a strong background in Selenium Web driver with POM model Framework, Continuation Integration (Maven), Jenkins (Build), ATU reports generation with Pie chart, Bar Graph, Video recorded, excel customized report with snapshot of each test cases. He is also familiar with Agile methodology using tools such as ICE-Scrum and Pivotal Tracker. Ram has experience in Test management Tool (Test Link, QC(ALM),JIRA) and Bug tracking- JIRA. He is proficient in RDBMS technologies such as Orcale11,10, Postgress, and SQLserver. Ram has experience in Test applications on AWS cloud and has set up cloud instances with proper parameters in EC2. He uses AWS CLI to configure instances. Currently, Ram is working on writing Automating Test Scripts using Selenium Web-Driver. He is a Certified Selenium Professional by VSkills.com and a Certified ISTQB(BCS) Foundation Certified. Ram has excellent hands-on experience with Descriptive Programming and very good experience in Debugging, Executing, and Finding issues in the script. He attends Defect Review Board (DRB) Meetings and has a good understanding of ATLC (Automation Testing Life Cycle). Ram has hands-on experience in Black Box Testing and experience in Functional Testing, UI Testing, Regression Testing, and Web Application Testing. He also has exposure in Performance testing using Jmeter and Security Testing (Internal tool, ZAP, Fiddler). Ram has worked with HCL as a Senior Specialist and has previously worked with JDA Software as a Senior QA Analyst and Sony as a Senior Test Analyst. At JDA Software, he worked in the Supply Chain Management product development team and contributed to the quality of software with the latest technologies to deliver the best in the market.
