Ram Krishn is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years of experience in setting up start-ups, HR business partnering, talent and leadership development, talent management strategy, and culture building. He has successfully built businesses from idea to fully functional organizations and has deep expertise in carrying out large and complex change management exercises. Ram has created a culture of engagement by conducting organizational diagnostic through different surveys and created a framework both at the organizational and business level. He is proficient in organizational diagnostic, culture assessment, and change management to change the organization from promoter-led to professionally managed. Currently, Ram is working as the General Manager-Human Resource at SLK Software, where he is serving as a trusted business advisor and partner for leadership on important strategic HR initiatives, thus driving the organization’s people agenda and contributing to fueling growth. He is leading key HR programs on organizational effectiveness for SLK Software in the area of organization design, talent management, HR automation, and series of activities on career planning, succession, leadership development, and employee engagement. In the past, Ram has worked with DS Group as DGM-HR-Corporate Function, Employer Branding, and Leadership Hiring, where he was responsible for creating DS as an employer of choice and leading various HR interventions to create an amazing culture. He has also worked with Relaxo Footwears Limited as DGM-HR-Organization Development I Engagement I Learning/HRBP-Sales & Marketing, where he led HR for Sales and Marketing and built HR Business Partnering and led HR interventions and programs in areas of talent development, career progression, high employee engagement, and culture building. Ram has a PGDPM in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service, a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Ranchi University, and a High School degree from St. Paul's High School. He has expertise in AI, test, and ML. With 19.79 years of relevant experience, Ram is a seasoned HR professional who has successfully delivered large-scale organizational change and built self-sustainable campus models across skills and function.
