Ram Krishna is a highly accomplished digital, BI & analytics leader with over 12 years of experience in strategy, advisory & consulting, policy formulation, digital transformation, project conceptualization/planning & implementation, client handling, OEM management and practice development & management. He is an IIM-L graduate and his core expertise areas include strategy formulation, solution architecture, bid management, pre-sales & sales enablement, managing practice growth, infrastructure sizing/costing, AS-IS assessment, RFX creation, defining functional & technical business requirements, financial statistical monitoring & budget forecasting, data crunching & analytics. Ram has been a reliable advisor to CXO level officers for Government of India (GoI) with a portfolio covering central & state level ministries & multiple departments, boards & corporations. He has led marque digital transformation projects including new age areas such as data security, predictive analytics, social media analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and others. He has been awarded as a key performer for multiple projects at both state and national level with proven region wise growth record. He is a multiple certification holder on analytics, public procurement and database management. Currently, Ram is serving as AGM (Digital, BI & Analytics Lead) at DLF Limited. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC where he was awarded for his impactful delivery and received the above and beyond performance award for two successive years. He was responsible for envisioning project outcomes and detailed project planning to achieve in time delivery, designing solution architecture for complex business scenarios & To-Be state, and developing & leading teams with an efficient onshore/offshore mix and drive team progress. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer (System Admin) at Centre for Railway Information System (an organization under Ministry of Railways) where he was responsible for database management, database creation & configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, database migration, SQL query optimization, and others. Ram holds a Business Analytics degree from IÉSEG School of Management, a B. Tech in Computer Science from U.P.T.U, an MBA in General Management from IIM, and an Advanced Supply Chain Management degree from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. He is proficient in ML, AI, infra, SQL, software engineering, and integration. With 6.86 years of relevant experience, Ram is a proven leader who can drive digital transformation and analytics initiatives to deliver impactful outcomes.
