Ram's expertise includes analyzing and providing suggestions to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) for better customer engagement and driving long-term relationships. He has worked with companies like Infosys and TCS in the past, where he managed the delivery of multi-million USD Eng IT and PLM programs for Aerospace OEM customers and anchored many business proposals.
