Rama Tokala is an experienced Sr. SAP Solutions Architect with over 10 years of relevant experience in the field of application domain, project management, vendor management, and operations support. He has previously worked as an SAP Specialist at Lumen Technologies and as an S4HANA Lead at CenturyLink. In his past roles, he has led or participated in the management of incidents, requests, and problems, request fulfillment and problem resolution and escalation activities, and performed root cause analysis.
