Currently, RamaKishore is the Director of Software Engineering at O.C. Tanner, where he works with some of the best engineers, leaders, and architects. He is responsible for building products on Microservices, Scala, Playframework, JPA, Hibernate, Java, Springboot, AWS, Kafka, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. He leads multiple teams, including Mobile (Android - Kotlin & IOS - Swift UI), Integrations (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Workday, SAP), and Self Service Admin Tools. RamaKishore is passionate about delivering amazing solutions with a great team of engineers. Prior to his current role, RamaKishore served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineering Manager at O.C. Tanner. He has been instrumental in building and leading cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality products. RamaKishore holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science from Osmania University. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in technologies such as ReactJS, Angular JS, NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, Scala, Play Framework, Apache Kafka, AWS Web Services, Tomcat, JBOSS, Netty, and building MicroServices, SAAS Products. In addition to his technical skills, RamaKishore is also experienced in people management and organizational growth. He is a product manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional products.
