He is currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager for Alexa at Amazon, where he is responsible for developing innovative Alexa Voice Service solutions for Alexa Built-in devices of global partners. Ramakrishnan has extensive experience in leading large multi-location teams in executing client engagements spanning multiple projects and ensuring successful program deliverables on time and within quality. He is adept in business planning and possesses in-depth technical and market knowledge of the embedded system domain. Ramakrishnan is highly flexible in adjusting to complex environments and keeping updated knowledge in the latest technology trends, market segments, and company performances. With a strong focus on people management, Ramakrishnan is skilled in team building and leadership. He has good exposure to Agile methodologies and has led teams to adopt Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN.
