He is currently a Consulting AI Architect at Prompt Engineering, where he works on OpenAI, GPT3, and PaLM-based Customer Care services, Knowledge Engineering using Microsoft AI Services, and Decision Intelligence Services. In the past, Ramakrishnan worked at Konsultera Solutions as an AI Architect, where he built an AI Orchestration and Automation Platform, Information Extraction.AI, Document.AI, Vision.AI, Audio.AI, and DecisionIntelligence.AI. He also worked as a Freelance AI Architect, where he developed AI-enabled civil policy simulation using System Dynamics (SD) and strategic intelligence using prescriptive analytics. Additionally, he worked on social media bully detection using a multi-model classification and classification of Motor Imagery EEG Signals using LSTM and Convolutional Neural Network. Ramakrishnan holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Decision Intelligence from Bharathiyar University, which he will complete in November 2025. He also holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Anna University and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Aditanar College of Arts and Science. He completed his schooling in Maths and Biology from Sri R.K.C Hrsec School. Ramakrishnan has extensive experience in AI, Senior Software Engineering, Research Science, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Python, Java, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, NLU, Object Detection, CNN, Object Detection, and Big Data.
