Raman Hullur is a Software Technologist I at Philips, with over 7 years of experience in Android, iOS Mobile and Web apps testing and automation. He is an expert in Appium, Selenium Webdriver, Robot Framework, and Cypress open source tools. Raman is also proficient in Java and Python programming to write clean, reusable, and efficient code. He has experience in designing and maintaining the automation framework from scratch. Raman has worked in various domains, including E-Commerce, Retail Banking, Payment Banking, and Utility. He has experience in API Testing and Automation using Rest Assured, Postman, Swagger tools, and Reporting Tools like Extent 3/4 Report, Allure report, and Apache Log4j. He is also skilled in Test Management and Bug Tracking tools Jira and IBM Rational Tools. Raman has received several awards for his contributions, including the "CGI Apex Star Award - 2019" for his contribution towards the Norwegian project, a Bronze Apex award -2019, and Bronze Apex award -2020. He was also part of the “Best Team” award-winning team - 2019 for the ISSAFE Project. He was shortlisted among Top-50 bug hunters from India to participate in Hackathon for Facebook-2019. Currently, Raman is working on a Healthcare domain Mobile application product that detects sleep apnea. He is involved in complete manual testing and automation testing activities and is developing the Data-driven automation framework for Android and iOS Mobile app test automation. He has also worked as a Senior Test Engineer and Test Engineer at CGI, where he automated functional, regression, and sanity test cases for Android/iOS and Web apps. He reduced manual testing efforts by implementing the Page Object Model(POM) to the framework to reuse the attributes(locators) and behavior(methods). Raman has a Master of Computer Applications degree from Bangalore University and a BCA degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University. His technical skills include SDET, Mobile, Android, iOS, Web, qa, Selenium, CI/CD, Jenkins, Integration, and Java.
