Ramaraju Kondraju is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) with over 7 years of experience in the field of Product Owner, Innovation, and Software Testing. With experience in both Agile and Waterfall projects, he is extremely well-versed in financial and Retail domain solutions. Currently working as a PS Consultant II at NCR Corporation, Ramaraju has been a licensed member of Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) for more than 4 years. He has comprehensive knowledge of SDLC methodologies like Waterfall and Agile and has strong experience with Scrum methodology. Ramaraju has organized many scrum meetings, walkthroughs, and workshops with end-users, clients, and stakeholders. He is an expert in writing user stories and Epics based on requirements and is focused on creating effective and efficient work processes. Ramaraju has a proven record of team management and leadership skills. He has acted as a single escalation point of contact from the entire offshore for any issues from onshore counterparts. He has handled the BAU activities within the timelines and SLA levels and has been interacting with customers on a daily basis for any issues. In the past, Ramaraju has worked as a Software Quality Engineer at NCR Corporation. He has been nominated as a member of the Center of Excellence team in NCR and has proficiency in SQL. He has received many appreciations from onsite for the significant project support and deliverables made. Ramaraju has worked alone for the entire project from scratch and completed it in the timeline. He has been one of the key persons to get the project as he has worked from the level of POC and sending it to live. Ramaraju holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Dundee and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from JNTU. He has relevant experience of 9.77 years and has expertise in test, integration, and QA.
