Ramasubramanian K is an AVP HR at Swiggy, where he is leading the future of work mandate and scaling people analytics capabilities for Tech, Growth, and Innovation BUs. He has more than 10 years of relevant experience and has set up and scaled HR functions across two Indian startups. An engineer at heart and a social sciences student, Ramasubramanian works at the intersection of technology, people, and behaviors, striving to nurture tribes. He is most proud of the team that he has built and is wise enough to learn from failures and foolish enough to take risks. He is currently building a remote-first organization and future gazing and shaping as a part of his job. Ramasubramanian's recent musings include DAOs and future org structures/contracts, the 4-day workweek, building resilient organizations, adult-adult work cultures, and building humane career lattices that can deliver happiness and not just success. In the past, Ramasubramanian has worked with Flipkart as a Manager, setting up an OD charter focused on org and team interventions. He has also worked with Accenture as a Strategy Intern, where he worked on building a GTM strategy for a roofing sheet major and learned how to problem-solve at scale, think frameworks, do large-scale user research, and mine insights. Ramasubramanian holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. He also completed his Higher Secondary School education at SRV Schools, Rasipuram. Ramasubramanian is a research scientist and has relevant experience of 10.87 years. He is currently hiring across a bunch of roles across tech and HR and welcomes exploratory conversations.
