Ramesh Kumar Katreddi is a problem solver and a startup enthusiast with a passion for building technology for scale and mentoring high-performance engineering teams. As the VP of Engineering at Jumbotail, he is responsible for building and leading an awesome engineering team that is driven by a sense of purpose and ownership. He has played various roles across Financial systems, Supply chain & Logistics Systems, Multi-tenant Seller systems, Marketplace platform, and Credit platform. Ramesh has built the entire supply chain systems from scratch with the vision of building smart warehouses, and all their warehouse processes are paperless and driven by technology. As one of the early employees, he had the fortune of building multiple systems from the ground up, scaling systems, and the entire marketplace products to multiple geographies and 20X scale. As a Co-Founder of WhatsDplan, Ramesh was completely responsible for conceiving and building the event aggregation and group planning platform to help users in discovery, planning, and booking their activities/events together with friends. He was also a Computer Scientist at Adobe, where he built systems to sync users' data across the systems in real-time as part of Creative cloud and mentored juniors. Ramesh is a constant learner and a biryani away from discussing startups or startup ideas, technology design and architecture, cloud infrastructure design, writing readable/maintainable/scalable code, product strategy, the future of technologies, and team dynamics. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NIT Warangal, Board of Intermediate Education from Narayana Junior College, and Secondary School Certificate from Loyola Model High School. With 11.79 years of relevant experience, Ramesh is a Senior Software Engineer, infra, and Research Scientist with a culture of 'Grow together' and 'Extreme Ownership.'
