Ramesh Nair is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 23 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the CEO of Colliers India, the first international real estate services firm to be established in the country. In this role, he leads a team of 3,000 professionals across 11 offices, responsible for delivering real-estate solutions to domestic and multinational occupiers, owners, and investors across India. In addition to his role as CEO of Colliers India, Ramesh also serves as the Managing Director, Market Development, Asia, where he develops new services, expands client relationships, and attracts talented professionals to the company across Asia. Ramesh's expertise spans across real estate asset classes, and he has developed a thorough understanding of the industry in the course of providing advice to various stakeholders. He is focused on driving long-term sustainable and profitable growth for the company, developing short-term and long-term strategies, and continuously enhancing the firm's service offerings to clients. Prior to joining Colliers, Ramesh served as the CEO and Country Head of JLL India. He has also served as a non-executive director on the RICS Global Regulatory Board, the Chairman of the CII Real Estate and Infrastructure Conclave, Advisory Council member for the state of Telangana, a member of the RICS South Asia board, and a member of the YPO. Ramesh holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Madras, as well as a PGDMM in Marketing from Loyola Institute of Business Administration. He has also completed advanced management programs from Harvard Business School and Northwestern University. Outside of work, Ramesh enjoys meeting people and reading books on self-development, leadership, and management.
