Ramesh Narayanaswamy is a Technical Program Manager at Salesforce, where he currently serves as Senior Manager for Technical Program Management. He is responsible for driving the product planning and execution engine that enables Salesforce's Industries Cloud to rapidly scale and deliver high-impact solutions for different verticals, including healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, public sector, loyalty, surveys, manufacturing, automotive, and insurance. Before Thoughtworks, Ramesh worked at General Electric as Director of Program Management for GE Digital and GE Healthcare (ASEAN, Africa, and South Asia Countries). In this role, he was responsible for driving strategic programs to enhance commercial intensity, deliver operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction for the Sustainable Healthcare Solutions (SHS) business of GE Healthcare, which spans across 70 countries in India, South Asia, ASEAN, and Africa. He managed key digital programs that enhanced salesforce effectiveness, digitized operations, and deployed global commercial tools like Apttus to the regional business users. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and completed his secondary education from Delhi Public School, Noida. He has expertise in Salesforce, product management, Spark, Elastic Search, Jenkins, Golang, mobile, iOS, web, and Android technologies.
