He is currently responsible for the Retail Execution (Merchandising & Field Sales) CRM solution for the Consumer Goods vertical. His role involves managing offline-enabled mobile apps for iOS and Android, leveraging ML/AI to drive productivity and efficiency across the value chain. Before joining Salesforce, Ramkesh co-founded two tech companies, Vedak and Foodruzz Tech Pvt Ltd. At Vedak, he worked on tech solutions, while at Foodruzz, he developed an intelligent personalization and recommendations system for web and Android app. He also created smart search, automated content mapping, and metadata intelligence models to curate restaurant menus and provide personalized food discovery experiences.
