Ramkumar Sambasivan is a seasoned software engineer with over 10 years of experience in various domains such as healthcare, finance, automotive, and e-commerce. He is an expert in building and architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP, and has a strong background in microservices-based architecture and multi-cloud service mesh. Ramkumar is also skilled in CI/CD solutions for both containers and artifacts and has a proven track record of setting up highly scalable and highly available environments. As the founder and CEO of Bootlabs Technologies, Ramkumar is currently working on building a multi-cloud platform that makes DevOps seamless for any organization. He is a strong advocate of the “You Build it, You own it, You run it” philosophy and ensures that there is a good feedback system built for dev teams to triage issues. He has also built enterprise-wide container platforms and ensures that there is a great developer journey involved in migrating solutions to containers. Ramkumar is an expert at building SaaS solutions on the cloud with multi-tenancy backed by strong security and API Gateway. He has built multi-regional infrastructure for e-commerce that can handle high volume transactions. He is also a strong follower of SRE practices and understands the thin line between speed to market and customer experience. Prior to founding Bootlabs Technologies, Ramkumar worked as a DevOps consultant at Thoughtworks and as a Platform Engineer - DevOps at AstraZeneca. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
