She is an ex-IT professional who switched from software to the wellness industry almost a decade ago. Rammya understands that in today's fast-paced lifestyle, everyone is looking for quick and easy solutions for their wellness. She believes that diseases like diabetes, heart problems, obesity, and arthritis all have their root cause in our lifestyle. Stress, fast foods, sedentary lifestyle, lack of sleep, and medicines all keep adding up until the disease manifests in our body. Most of the healthcare today focuses on treatment rather than prevention. Rammya believes that the cost will be lesser to us if we change our lifestyle to prevent diseases rather than wait for them to come. Rammya has worked with various companies in the past, including self-employed as a freelance health consultant and fitness coach. She has a degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and completed her high school education at Holy Angels Matriculation School.
