Rampal Gurjar is a highly skilled QA Engineer with over 7 years of professional experience in network design, python automation, and testing of switching, routing, and data center protocols. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Nvidia, where he has been involved in the development and testing of cutting-edge software solutions. Rampal has extensive experience in switching protocols such as VLAN, STP, LAG, MC-LAG, VRR, G8032, CFM, and IGMP, as well as routing protocols like ISIS, OSPF, BGP, and BFD over OSPF/ISIS. He is also proficient in network virtualization technologies like VxLAN and EVPN, and has a strong understanding of dot1.x authentication, radius, ACL, DACL, DHCP, tacacs, ROCE, PBR, and QOS. At Ciena, Rampal also performed end-to-end testing of carrier ethernet network solutions and tested various features such as LAG, MC-LAG, ERPS, and CFM as solution level. He also automated G8032 solution based on LGI customer topology. Rampal holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jaipur Engineering College & Research Center, where he gained a strong foundation in software engineering and programming.
