Ramya Sampath is a seasoned leader and an engineer at heart, with over 15 years of experience operating at scale in the tech industry. She is currently the Head of India Partner Engineering at LinkedIn, where she leads the partner engineering team and ensures the success of LinkedIn's strategic partners, many of the world's largest and most innovative companies. In addition to her role as Head of India Partner Engineering, Ramya also serves as the Women In Tech India Lead and APAC Families @ LinkedIn Co-Lead. Prior to her current role at LinkedIn, Ramya served as the Engineering Manager for Partner Engineering at LinkedIn, where she was responsible for leading the partner engineering team and ensuring the success of LinkedIn's strategic partners. In this role, she partnered with product, engineering, business development, and others to deliver on LinkedIn's partnership goals. Ramya also helped partners leverage LinkedIn’s technology to enhance their own offerings, integrate with them to fill gaps in and extend the product portfolio. Additionally, she actively sought solutions to developer needs, communicated trends to leadership, and suggested innovative solutions on behalf of the developer experience. Before joining LinkedIn, Ramya worked as a Solutions Architect at BloomReach, where she defined, planned, and executed delivery of integrations for customers, including data transformation, UI customization/integration, and collaboration with Search Quality and Experience (CMS) teams. She also validated functional discovery, scope, and solution design decisions for BloomReach Personalization integrations and contributed to authoring of statements of work (SOW) for technical services engagements. Ramya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University. She is skilled in Senior Software Engineering, Search, Integration, and UI, and has relevant experience of over 15.53 years.
