Ramya Shastri is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with over 14 years of relevant experience in the field. She is passionate about using her leadership skills to help organizations grow, prosper, and become more agile by focusing on human-centric factors of Agile Coaching, providing psychological safety to teams, and empowering teams, leaders, and executives to realize their true potential. Ramya has a strong background in Agile methodologies, mindset, and principles, and is a certified Agile Coach from ICP, a certified SAFe 5 Agilist from the Scaled Agile, and a certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. She has worked as a program level coach, team level Agile coach, RTE, and Scrum Master, and has led Agile transformation projects at the enterprise level. Currently, Ramya is working as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Fractal, where she is responsible for coaching teams, executive leaders, and clients on Agile methodology, mindset, and principles. In addition, she is also leading the Agile transformation of projects at the enterprise level. Prior to her current role, Ramya has worked as a Scrum Master at L&T and Rave Technologies, where she gained valuable experience in coaching teams and leading Agile transformation projects. Ramya has a degree in Information Technology from SIWS and completed her SSC from PVG's Vidya Bhawan. She has a strong technical background in infrastructure.
