Rana Reddy Edurinti is a government consultant to the Principal Secretary of Health Medical & Family Welfare in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. With almost five years of experience, Rana has honed his skills in strategic planning and innovative solutions to achieve the targets set forth by IAS and IPS officers. He has a deep understanding of government functioning and data analytics skills, which he has developed over the years. Rana has worked on various projects depending on the state's requirements, including the Crime Investigation Department, Health and Family Welfare Department, among others. His strengths lie in his political neutrality and flexibility, which have helped him create, fund, and develop new projects and programs and enable better decision-making for state governments and regional government authorities. Mutual trust and confidentiality in all aspects of work are a given in his field of work. Currently, Rana is working as a consultant to the Principal Secretary of Health Medical & Family Welfare in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. His tasks are assigned by the Principal Secretary, and he coordinates with various team members, including the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Director of Medical Evaluation, Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, National Health Mission Director, and Aarogyashree CEO. In the past, Rana has worked as a consultant at the Crime Investigation Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, reporting to the Addl Director General of Police - CID Head. He has also worked as a project lead at TATA, where he was responsible for the development strategy, innovative project initiation, capability development, convergence coordination, and micro-management of the Department of Women and Child Welfare. He was the project lead for the Government of India project POSHAN ABHIYAAN or NATIONAL NUTRITION MISSION (NNM), which aimed to tackle malnutrition issues. Rana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. He also has an Intermediate Class 11th and 12th degree from Sri Gayatri Co Campus, Madhapur, and an X SSC degree from Narayana E-Techno School.
