Randall Shults is a highly accomplished Senior Manager, Product Management, AWS Identity at Amazon Web Services (AWS) with over 13 years of relevant experience. He has a proven track record of success in managing complex product portfolios, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. Randall is a co-founder and CTO of Raven[Ops], a leading SaaS provider that supports deep learning workflows in the autonomous vehicle and robotics industries. He launched RavenBlack, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RavenOps that specializes in high-volume, high-velocity data infrastructure and performant user interfaces for the Defense sector. His US DoD clients included NORAD and the Air Force National Guard. Randall successfully closed $4M in revenue and raised $4.5M in venture funding from investors including Accel and Lemnos. Prior to Raven[Ops], Randall worked as a BD Deployment Lead at Palantir Technologies, where he launched and led an 8-figure contract with the largest payment processor in the US (Fortune 500). Randall holds a BS in Mathematics and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he studied from 2006 to 2009. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in AWS, product management, web development, infrastructure, senior software engineering, and deep learning.
