Randolph Millar is a seasoned business leader with over 48 years of experience in building and growing companies. He is currently the President and CEO of Millar Company LLC, a software company that provides solutions for courts and government agencies across the Southeast. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its reach and continues to grow. Throughout his career, Randolph has demonstrated a keen ability to develop people, products, strategies, and ideas. He is a thinker and a doer who is not afraid to play outside of the box. He has served on the boards of two publicly traded companies, two Chambers of Commerce, and two local chapters of the American Advertising Federation. He has also served on the board of a local United Way for 16 years, where he was the chairman of the finance committee for five years. Randolph has a proven track record of building successful businesses from the ground up. He created a subsidiary and built a computer networking and support company, Computer Partners, which serviced accounts throughout North and Central Alabama for more than twenty years until it was sold in 2013 for a profit. He also built sales, revenue, and profit for a local FM radio station and oversaw operations of a Nashville, Tennessee radio division. As the President and CEO of American Communications Inc, Randolph developed a Southeast U.S. marketing company and created program/campaigns that turned around the Macon Georgia Transit Authority's bus ridership. He also designed new automation technology for a broadcast property in Alabama and created new sales products that boosted their bottom line. Randolph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Business, and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University. He is proficient in dotNET and has relevant experience of 48.55 years.
