Ranganathan Balashanmugam is a seasoned technology leader, entrepreneur, and speaker with over 17 years of experience in developing outstanding products. He is the CTO and Founder of EverestEngineering, a technology company that solves interesting customer problems. Ranganathan is passionate about building and debugging teams, exploring new technologies, and creating amazing products. Ranganathan graduated as a civil engineer and later joined the software industry, where he has worked with several leading companies, including Aconex and ThoughtWorks. He has experience building high-performance teams, office operations, and leadership. Ranganathan has also founded two startups and was the India Head for Aconex. Ranganathan is a Microsoft MVP for Data Platform for two consecutive years (2016 and 2017). He is also a speaker at many international conferences, including QCon London, where he presented on scaling worldwide distributed teams. Ranganathan is the organizer of one of the top technology meetups, the Hyderabad Scalability Meetup.
